Update. decided to go with a maker hammer while post concept pictures later but here is what I have with the sculpt so far.

Starting to look good ^^ if you can't do hard surface in Zbrush just do it in Max it will be easier to do, but if you still want to do it in Zbrush look for tutorials.

take a good hard look a what rock looks like look up sculpted or chizzled things. cause right now it kinda looks like globs of clay
