Nice silhouette, I would try to experiment with pushing the size of the blade on the right, to get a more dominant shape, but. It looks pretty awesome nonetheless.
love the asymetry! looks great, imo it seems slightly unbalanced atm (or as if the right blade is broken and a large part is missing), maybe moving the left (smaller) side of the blade a bit lower, or move the right one upper. i can't wait to see more though you guys have made such a freakin' awsome looking game! nice to see in action how you create theese assets!
IF you do the 3-sided one, have them stand out a bit further so you get a wider silhouette. The big strength of the 4-sider is that it is as wide as it is tall, without that the 3-side design is less imposing/dangerous looking.
k so i really hate concepting and know i am bad at it. But i am going to post all of my fail concepts so peeps can see my progress. This challenge i really am trying to get a full concept going before model / texture. anyways. here comes the fail
