Here is some of the sculpting I have done so far, and I'm thinking of going demonic/core for the axe.

I'm not an amazing organic artist by any means, but I'd for sure say to keep pushing the forms you have in right now. More exaggeration showing me the depth of this thing.

trying to push the grotesque side of this skull and giving it a more possessed feel for the demonic style.

gone back and redesigned the blade and toned the skull down a bit, felt a little over powering and added some more details to the handle

damage and some runes on it now, going to start the low poly and textures
