i guess the first and most obvious thing going on here is your lighting seems almost non existent. its a lot of bounce light and ssao but you could really angle a light to get in there and cause some bloom on those walls.
as far as your models go, they're pretty basic. the concept has big beefy pipes, while yours seem a bit too slim. texture wise id say that the walls are ok as a base but could use some more work to get rid of the tiling.
