Rigging tutorials?

Hi im wondering what are some good tutorials for rigging?
Im trying to create a rig for my arms, but i dont want to make an old boring IK rig i always make, because i want to incorporate proper wrist twisting and it needs to be easy to work with (the rig)
so anybody know any good tutorials?

you're basically going to have to piece it together yourself from various sources whcih can be a bit of a trial at first .
