Cool, did you model it in ZBrush or just import it for the screen grabs?
The details are a bit hard to read with those matcaps, maybe try rendering with a different material, or play with the BPR render settings. Also, you could have zoomed in more so we can see the detail a bit better.
I find "basic material" is pretty good for things like this.
Thanks Sculptar, I did the majority of the work in maya then imported it into zbrush for the fine details. I took a new screen cap with one of the "sketch" mats because I find it shows the details a bit better. I also messed with the balance of the photo as well to get a bit more of the details to show off
The main thing that stands out to me is that there are some really big differences in your panels, which isn't really shown in your reference. It could look really cool as long as your texture supports the idea the plan has been rebuilt several times with different panels/parts.
Looking good so far, can't wait to see it textured. As for the overall look, I think it's there, the wear marks and little details are awesome. Keep up the good work!
The wire frame looks clean, though the nose piece that the propellers are stuck into looks a little dense perhaps. What's the current tri count of this bad boy?

Keep it up!
As far as modelling goes I think it looks spot on
