Defender's Blast Shield

Hey guys and gals.
Weeks ago I quickly sketched out some concepts of different shields.
It was a time when I was starting The Old Republic, and I kind of wondered to myself what it might be like if Jedi Knights actually carried shields to fend off heavy blaster fire.
All normals are being done in nDo2. The greybox screen 1st up is the original blockout. I've made alterations since.
My friend's already given me some feedback. But I thought I'd show its current state to the masses and get some varied crit.
