3DS Max PSD issue

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to 3DS max and am wondering if anyone else has come across this issue. Whenever I try to use a .psd inside of 3ds max all of the colors are jumbled and incorrect, like rainbow throwup. Anyone know why this is happening?

Your using a 16 bit image, which max doesn't like. Go back in to photoshop and switch to 8bit.
