I've been taking a break from digital and opting for tangible sculpts to at least fill my office up with stuff, maybe do a print run one day. Any who here are a few I've done over the past year, more in progress and on the way.

I'll try to remember to post most recent up here...

Schumanism Prophet: done in regular old clay

This was my first stab at sculpting not in a digital format... definitely different but very rewarding.
video turn around on my website
Testing out working with clay. Hopefully this will lead to resin copies to sell.
I just spent a weekend recently reconditioning a bunch of clay.....
heheh just kidding mang!
These turned out great! Always been a fan of your work mang!

Seth. maybe you have any tips on how to build a good skeleton?
@seth- badass man! Yeah I'm starting to want to makes kits... when I get a tad better. Do you have any websites/ youtube channels or vids that would be helpful? Appreciate the offer!
@OrganizedChaos- hell yeah! Sculpey is nice cause you can leave something for months then come back to it. Clay is nice cause you really have to just know where you wanna go, and get there in a few days.
@Pzychaoz- Well I basically looked at the smellybug thread @ coceptart.org But for the head bust I'm just using a pipe with tin foil wrapped around it for the base so its easy to screw off and make a base for. The more I done I've been finding I like being less limited, so with clay that seems to be easier cause after a day of working with it, its basically pretty stable. Sculpey needs the wires to just stay stable while your working, though I suppose you could just bake at an early stage, but then you really can't alter anything. That all said I do have some, I'll dig em up and post em... nothing to special.

I will have a dig through my old links and see whats still relevant, I haven't been about those sites for nearly three years now......anything else thats bugging you just ask
pxychaoz I will see about putting together a mini tut or something, like adam said, smellybugs maquette tut is fantastic and a classic too...the complexity of your armature will depend on the scale of the piece too...28 mm stuff is really just a loop of wire with an upright for the torso and neck, 1/6th scale will have wireframed rib cage and all manner of crap
I had a look at the smellybug thread and its really good. I guess I had way to little tin foil and wires on my skeleton. Need to bulk it up more because it got really unstable after a while and i didnt want to bake it that early in the process. Might need to buy me a heating gun so I can bake small areas step by step.
Seth a mini tut would be awesome or maybe just some pics with examples of skeletons.
cheers guys!
@Neoncypher- thanks man, very kind.
@Pzychaoz- OK, so I found some pics from the barbarian. I was trying to learn the method for the joints, so I could pull the arm out and work on it. However I found that it was a huge pain, cause as I'd add sculpey on the joint would slowly pull out from itself, so be weary! But the good side to it was that the arms being in joints allowed me to play with drastic positioning easier.... which is good if your idea isn't solid yet. Also including a shot of the shield, to show that I build pieces separately and then push them into the sculpture with wires sticking out, so it stays before baking.
Hope these help clarify.

My skeleton was just like your first pic and I started adding clay to that. No wonder it got unstable! Well back to the drawing board and fix the skeleton. Thats a good thing about super sculpey, you can just tear it off and start over.
Pzychaoz- ha, yeah... mine is actually not aluminum either, I went with steal gauge. Its sturdier... but more importantly, cheaper. However you really need pliers to bend it :-/
Also make sure to wrap a really thin gauge around basically everything. Give it all a bit more to grab onto.
Got another piece that's been going for a little bit. Still a heavy wip, but its moving along. The big stick on the back will be a beat stick/ pipe. He's grasping his own pipe, and yeah that's a beer stine hanging from his book. Imagine 40k, but less hate.

3d rendering/architectural rendering
SSquir33- ha, it does make for a nice break from the computer
@YemYam- Hellz yeah! Looking forward to the end of excuses "Aw man, Gears trilogy be takin up all my time!"
BTW, using regular old moist clay to sculpt tiny detailed dudes is a terrible idea. Lesson learned.

Resin casting clean up, this would be less of an issue if i had a preassure chamber.... ah, more money to spend :-/
