Hi folks I have searched around and tried different fixes for this issue that worked for other people but to no avail...
This is the warning I get on import.
Warning: The light map UV set for static mesh {staticmeshfactory_2) appears to have layout problems. Either the triangle UVS are overlapping one another or the UV are out of bounds (O.O-1.0 range.)
I click ok then view the meshes UV layouts in UDK and they are all garbled and changed from what I did in Softimage.
The main UV channel is messed up and the lightmap uv channel isn't even showing.
Has anyone experienced this before?

Try giving your UVs some padding around the edge and see if that helps
I got it working now.
I deleted the Tangents and vertex color Ops in my models explorer then creating a new blank material with nothing attached and it works now.
EDIT- Fix for Softimage 6 UVs not importing correctly into UDK.
