Though you would have to pay in order to get the one that can be used commercially. But it's still pretty inexpensive.
Example :
I have also tested zBrush, but the workflow is a bit slow and sometimes, on low poly mesh you can crash/have projection errors.
So I'm still looking for an application which allow me to do that fluently with a good price. Mudbox is cool but a bit expensive.
