Hey I was wondering if any of you fine people could suggest to me some decent books to help with sculpting and includes how to create normal maps for assets etc.
I have already purchased some books before; 3 of them by luke ahearn which have been super useful in general modeling and texture creation.
I know there are alot of good online tutorials, however I feel most of them which are made by the community are full of "urms" and "arrss" plus "errs" haha which are kinda distracting and when I am just getting my head around it, it puts me off and I think "I'll give it another go tomorrow".
So yeah, I have seen a few but if you can suggest any that would be awesome.
Also any decent tutorials would be great. I am aiming for more mudbox than zbrush purely because zbrush has a limited use 45 days and I already have mudbox 2012

As for sculpting in general, you really only need a few hours to know all the Mudbox tools. Everything else comes from regular art knowledge - basically developing one's visual library.
If anything, I would recommend looking at these if you are into character sculpting :

Not books... but free from "urms", "arrss" and "errs".
Sorry about pointing out the urms etc, just when you are frustrated with yourself not being able to do it, things like those get to me a little bit haha.
Thanks again
This is one of the first books I purchased over ZBrush. There are many others out there just depends on what you're looking for.
