New Indie Shop looking for Reliable Artist for Animation, Modeling, and Rigging.

Looking for a game model rigger/animator to work with on an ongoing basis. Most of the time, models will already have full texture maps, we are just looking for a reliable individual to work with on a regular basis. We have quite a few projects on deck, so we would be willing to offer straight pay per model or profit sharing percentages per project for the right person. Please contact me ASAP if interested. We have the work already queued up, just haven't been successful finding a reliable partner! We need the help ASAP as we have a current project at about 80% completion, however we are stalled because we have reached the limit of our abilities in terms of effectiveness and efficiency with animated models.

Our current workflow runs from Maya to the Unity3D game engine. So we really need someone who can hit the ground running with models and animations for Unity. If interested, please contact me asap with interest/terms/conditions. We are an indie shop atm, but we do have a budget for direct pay. We are really interested n finding someone we can call on VERY regularly for this type of work, and/or someone willing to join the team to help bring new projects to life.

UPDATE Thanks for the great response from the everyone here at Polycount. We are still looking for more modelers, especially those with experience in sci-fi and creatures. Our contacts are growing, but we are still in need of animator/riggers for simple-medium complexity models. Don't hesitate to drop us a line with your portfolio and rates.
