hey all! I'm requesting a critique on my centaur. It's based off concept art from a friend. I'm taking a character modeling class this quarter and I'm about 5 weeks in with 4 weeks remaining.

Turnarounds
After making refinements to the original body, we decided shrink the bottom portion. It was overpowering the human torso. We also thought that giving the character armor would enhance the overall visual interest.
class is over and I'm happy with how it turned out. I'm still looking for suggestions if you have any. He is pretty dense at 23,930 tris. I'll start reducing it to make a game resolution piece soon. At the moment I have a friend rigging him

Trying to finish this character in time for GDC on Friday! here's my progress I've made since my last update:
- Finished modeling and sculpting.
- normal maps are 95% complete
- body diffuse is 90% complete
- Armor Diffuse is 60% complete
I'm using Unity 3d 3.5 to render and test my texturesEspecially the organic parts look quite highpoly.
Can´t say too much about the model itels, since I really don´t like centaurs : /
ANyway: Mind showing some clays, wires and normal mapped versions without diffuse etc?
