Hi all,
long time lurker,
finally updating my portfolio so thought it would be good idea to post up on here.
Work myself and the RnD team at Blitz Games Studios worked on for the 2012 Superbowl. The bears were puppeted to react to the game for 4 hours all in real time.
My jobs included mesh work on the adult bears, texturing on the adult bears, baby bear, penguin and texture polish on the ice snofa and some texture polish on the ice cave ground and back wall.
I also worked on the unwrapping of the bears uv's along with the look of the fur shader on the bears, this included a balance betwen uvs and fur grooming to get the desired fur appearance in the finished product.
Work i did for the Brandon The Lion website which raises awareness for Cystic Fibrosis.
Sculpting in zbrush, retopo in maya, rigging and skinning in maya, texturing in photoshop
Hair was made using zbrush 4r2b's new fibre mesh
Some of the work i did for Fantastic Pets on the xbox360.
I modelled and textured the horse mesh as well as texture variatons for the dlc content which also included mesh changes.
I was also resposible for creating the look of the fur on the lizard character as well as some concepting for the characters
I also had the task of creating many of the animals patterns you could choose from in the pet creator.
A selection of the many board breaker objects the character had to destroy in 'All Star Karate' for the Nintendo Wii.
The requirements for these objects were for me to model and texture them complete, half damaged and fully damaged.

Both professional and personal work, thanks for looking.
Work i did for the Spongebob Surf and Skate Roadtrip game on kinect xbox 360.
I was responsible for taking an existing ps2 mesh and uprezzing him for the xbox 360 alongside unwrapping the uv's efficiently. I had to pay close attention to topology that deformed well and also allowed for the extreme facial expressions he could pull in the game.
I also had the task of defining the texture style for the characters as well as working on all the costume variations for both patrick and spongebob, these included surf, skate, barnacle boy and mermaid man (mesh and textures).
husky (below) acrylic paint on board, think its about 50cm wide,40cm high
Wanted to try out compositing render passes from zbrush in photoshop.
Base mesh plus refinements in maya, sculpting and polypaint in zbrush, snow blowing and silhouette feathers in photoshop.
At the moment ive just been putting my work up on cghub >

updated with new beauty shot and the wireframe/textures
Drooler (below)from the Sabrewulf game by Rare.
Initially this was made as a zbrush sculpt similar to the 'Bloater' sculpt i did but decided to take it all the way to a game resolution mesh complete with textures and a base.
great stuff
cholden:thanks , maybe not to everyones taste
Goraaz:thanks ,if i have time i will add the texture spots, should really add a head tilt aswell since its in the concept.
seth.: thanks , haha, yeah he looks good in that costume.
mr_ace:thanks
should point out that drooler and bloater are from a RARE game called sabrewulf, found the concepts online and they just fit my style 100%, ideally i wanted to sculpt/model a bunch of the characters, but i need some more variation in my portfolio.
updated previous 'drooler' pictures and 'robin' with better versions and added wireframe/texture pictures
An old character i did, still really like it and seeing as how low poly, hand painted texture style work is still relevant for todays market ive put it among my folio work.
thanks for looking
Ashamed of myself for missing this thread. You've got some nice stuff.
Where's your portfolio site?
Alberto Rdrgz:thanks , 99% of them are mine!!ha
Ali from biggest loser 1 on the wii, i was responsible for modelling and texturing the 2 main characters Ali and Jim, the other characters in the game were created using these characters meshes and textures as their starting point.

I was Lead Vehicle Artist, worked on the selection of karts you see here, aswell as overlooking and providing paintover feedback to 3 other artists who also worked on karts you see in the game.
Specs for the karts seen on the different platforms varied, but my source karts ranged from 2.5-3k tris, there were 2 sets of LODS for each kart to help memory.
if you havent already had a play on it, its free

Really fun designs, looks like, though part of me wonders what kind of variations you were allowed to push.
