I've got a paying job for someone to create a 3D model from this illustration:

- Can you use quads?
- Delivery file format. (OBJ or anything I can import into Maya)
- Method of payment (Paypal preferred, I will cover any fees paypal charges)
- Can I use your model for a commercial project. (There is a pixel art game coming out with this character, and I'd like to use this for promo material)
- Any other requirements.
