Nothing crazy fancy yet. The head I plan on taking into UDK and working more on my material definitions - spec and reflections sorta thing. The sculpt is to eventually test out the skyrim modding tools.
Hah, after a day and a half worth of troubleshooting I finally got this guy fully working. Still a lot to do - weights, finishing the textures, proper spec/reflections, and animal versions... but I've got a handle on the tools now.
The goggle slope looks a little 'odd' stylisticly, might just be me.
I think it's the way they don't really look like they're sitting on a face. Slightly too large and close together perhaps?
Been meaning to grab some of this stuff and update it for skyrim myself, but unfortunately haven't gotten to it yet. Really neat to see others doing it!
Also, maybe it's just the lighting, but you might want to get a tad more color into it. Feels very grey and monotone at the moment. . . .
If I were going to make him truly game/animation ready I'd tweak a few of the edge loops but for the most part I think the layout works.
Still debating what to do with the skyrim guy's textures. I might switch over to shades of brown instead, dunno yet. and those goggles... no idea how I'm going to fit them to the animal people heads.
Also forgot to say thanks to stoofoo for the awesome tutorial series. Otherwise I never would've gotten anything into Skyrim. Check out his thread if you've missed it - http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1518510

lil head practice and...
based off the bonemold armor in Morrowind. Probably try and put this into skyrim as well.
Clothing practice -
Need to do the arms still.
Some initial bakes and lowpoly for the bonemold armor -
Need to fix the edge of the skirt and add some more geometry to the shoulder armor.
