Rigid Body Weight

Ok I have a static mesh, with collision setup as a rigid body with collision.

I can shoot the object and it moves.

I can use an RB Impulse actor to move it.

What I CANNOT do for the life of me is make the damn thing HEAVY!

I've increased the "Mass Scale" of the object to 10, 2, 5, 500 and NO CHANGE.

I've created a Physical Material and increased the mass in the material and assigned the material not only to the actual mesh in the mesh editor, but also in the override in the level.

NO CHANGE.

So if anyone has an idea as to why this is happening I'd really like to hear it because at this point I'm completely out of ideas.
