I feel it's often great to share stuff as we go rather than posting every single incremental change and waiting for feedback, if we got a bunch of us on a chat service we'd be able to give on the spot feedback to each other, have a generally good chat and encourage each other to post when the time is right.

I know there is an IRC channel but its a little impersonal and it often feels a bit daunting talking in there.

I for one will offer up my MSN, Skype or iChat (aim compatible) via PM
