Alright so Ive been hogging up the mobile WAYWO long enough! Ive decided to make a thread to get some feed back on my lowpoly character art Ive been working away at for the last week or so.
interesting character. from the looks of your texture it seems like you could optimize your UV's more to get more resolution.
As it stands the character lacks a lot of high frequency details so there isnt a lot of interest. Really think about where the lighting is coming from in your painted texture and have it be the same across the whole model. The cloth doesnt really read that well because it isnt distinct enough. it needs more distinction in the folds and where certain layers of the cloth begin and end. right now it is very blobby and lacks fidelity.
Id also consider adding something to the face to make it more of a focal point. maybe something like eyes glowing inside the mouth. not sure what you are specifically going for though.
