Image Undistort tool

Hey guys.
A while ago I remember running past a tool that would take images and undistort them so they could be used as images in textures. It is a stand alone tool, where you dump textures, draw a rectangle, distort it to a shape, and in real time you see the texture undistort.
I forget the name of it, or if I saw it on this forum, but I tried to do a search, check the news, and found nothing.
Anyone know what I am looking for?
