Zbrush 4 r2 Border edges

Hi I am sculpting inside Zbrush and have my models head and neck separate from the body yet the border between them are flush and I don't want it to move during sculpting. is there a way to to freeze border edges or do I have to just mask it and get over myself!

Simplest way would be to subdivide each part to the highest level you think you'll need. After that, go to the tools>morph target panel and store a morph target for each subtool. That way, if you screw up the border while sculpting you can always use the morph brush to paint the seam back to its original, perfectly matching state.

Make sure you set creased edges on both tools otherwise the border edge will shrink a bit when you subdivide.
