Angry Mob Games is looking for an experienced Level Designer. You’ll get the opportunity to work with our very talented team, on our upcoming sci-fi melee-shooter action game.

Our previous games are Guerrilla Bob, Predators and Muffin Knight.

Responsibilities:

• Use block-out meshes to define the overall level structure
• Create a highly modular, reusable building system
• Find the best balance between a beautiful visual and a fun Gameplay experience
• Place various 3D props, triggers, collision meshes, spawn points etc using the Unity engine.
• Work together with our artists to integrate all 3D models from our art packages, set up lightmaps and various materials/shaders.

Requirements:

• Great 3dsmax modeling, texturing and lighting skills.
• Passion for action games like 3rd person shooters, fighting games or RPGs.
• Previous experience with commercial game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and level layout is a great plus.

We’re open to working with freelance designers, working remote from home.

If you’ve got the skills and come with great innovative ideas, you could even help us out on other areas of our game, like designing the enemy encounters and various other gameplay events.
