Hey Polycounters, I currently live in Cardiff CA with two other roommates and we all work at High Moon Studios. Unfortunately our one roommates contract will be up soon and will be leaving at the end of February. So though I would reach out on polycount and see if anyone in the areas lease was going to run out or was looking for something new. Our place is a 5min walk to the beach with an ocean view. Were professional and respectful of each other but also know how to laugh and have a good time.
