Hello,

This is a project I'm working on for school. Texturing is not required for this project, but I plan on texturing it fully at some point in the future. I would do it right away, but next month will bring another set of character assets, so it'll have to wait.

Test1a.jpeg

This is film quality (or atleast that was the requirement) so it's a whopping 1800 objects, but the final poly count is 300k, I'm happy it's relatively low for the amount of detail I got. (not nearly the limit of game stuff, but it is what it is) I have a few normal maps to apply and I need to tweak the lighting, then fix the artifacting in the render for the final render. It's being rigged, so it will have a pose for the final render as well. I'll post some updates as they come. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If wires would be desired, just ask :)

Thanks!

It looks cool. My only concern would be that it's a bit too much stuff everywhere. Other than that I like what I can see from it, I'm interested to see what kind of pose you can pull of with a clumsy character like that. :)
