Looks fine When using turbosmooth modifier .. but its a tessellated mesh so i dont need turobsmooth. ...Any idea.. ?

Probably need a Reset Xform. Save your Skin weights before you do it though.

also maybe try adding a new "smooth" modifier, look if it helps, if not then scrap my idea...

Save your skin weights, then apply a modifier called "normal", twice. It'll fix the issue.

xform and Smooth didn't worked but flipping normals 2 times worked like a charm ....
