Empire State Express Locomotive

Hey PC,
This is my new project. Its a 4-4-0 train from 1893, engine 999 the Empire State Express. Fastest steam train of its time.
Ive blocked out the big details and some some medium details. Will save the small details for later.
Any idea what polycount I should shoot for for something like this?
