When I watch some movies at youtube, I think about one thing - there is written 360p and 480p, so why the playback window for these videos has always a bit higher resoulution?
for 360p videos , the window is 700 x 395 pix (+- )
for 480p videos is 930 x 520.
Why do they scale videos with exaclty 360p for higher window? Why do they do it to 35 pixels (vertical). It's a bit ridiculous to do it for better convenience

how about you watch videos from this decade
because this is 240p.
granted, the quality will always be crap compared to 720p or higher, but if they resize the video element, at least you get big blurs you can see from across the room.
