I can export a skeletal mesh for use in a project however when I import into UDK to see if it works, the whole mesh is smoothed with no sharp edges. I've tried applying the edgesplit modifier and that still didn't work. The whole model is just smoothed.
Am I doing something wrong? Or is it a problem with the exporter? Are there any alternate exporters? I can't find any.
I would just use a student copy if 3ds Max to export to psk but my team plans on making the project commercial so it would be illegal to do so.
