Level Artist (Temporary)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Assembling, maintaining and lighting entire game levels in Unreal3 editor.
Creates low and high resolution props and environment pieces.
Creates high-quality 2D texture maps from concept art and photo reference.
Works closely with other Artists, Game Designers and the Lead Artist and uses independent judgment as required.
Reports to the Lead Environment Artist.
Requirements:
Three or more years of 3D modeling experience.
Experience working on one or more published title(s) as a 3D artist.
Strong high and low resolution modeling skills.
Advanced texturing skills using next-gen techniques.
Strong traditional art skills.
A strong passion for video games.
Highly proficient in one or more of the following software packages: Unreal Editor 3, Maya, 3D Studio Max, Mudbox, Photoshop, ZBrush.
Communicates and collaborates effectively with the development team; strong interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
