[Maxscript] - Trap for RTT Completion?

Fellow coders,

Is there a way to test for the RTT dialog to finish processing? I have an idea in mind for a tool to daisy chain several bakes out one after another but would need to find a way to trap for the "Baking Maps" dialog to disappear. Any thoughts?

@cw: Thanks I will look into that. I have not yet begun the code. I wanted to see if such a thing was possible before I spend a lot of cycles on a failed idea.

What is DialogMonitorOPS? Is that a program or is that an object inside of Maxscript?

RTT dialog is a script. Search your HDD for "Macro_BakeTextures". The script is not encrypted and you can take a look at the code.

I wish Max had a Estimated Time Feature for RTT. It sucks just sitting there waiting and not knowing when it will be done.

I guess you could maybe code something, and see how long it takes to do 1 row of pixels and from there estimate. Then update every 5-10 seconds on how long it might be?
