Help me out with the file posting error

He guys I m new to polycount and have been trying to post a work of mine. But when In try to attach any file it gives me a server error. It tells me to contact the administator but dont know how to contact the admin of the forums. Can you pls help me out....

Upload the image to a site such as imgur and then post the url to the image in [img][/img] brackets.
