[Royalties] International Combat League Indie Game Recruiting

The Concept

A new sport has taken the World by storm. With a history that diverted from ours thousands of years ago, the superpowers of today are radically different. Sioux Indians hold North America, Vikings rule much of Europe and Russia, The Japanese have taken much of Asia and the Egyptians hold Africa... and for the benefit of the crowd they’re all killing each other. Huge stadiums holding hundreds of thousands of screaming fans encircle small combat arenas, where soldiers fight and die... and if you can’t hear the roar of the crowd, you’re already dead.

The Features

iCL is a Multiplayer First-Person Shooter in UDK, taking all the favourable elements from the current influx of FPS games, and combining them. There are 4 Classes: The Vikings (Heavy), The Sioux (Sniper), The Samurai (Assault) and The Egyptians (Medic). At the start of the game, you pick a character, and the second you start playing, you begin gaining experience and leveling up. As your character progresses, new character specific weapon and perk unlocks become available for purchase. That's where the Sponsor System comes in. The more you play the game, sponsor's approach you, offering different amounts of money for different tasks in game - it could be something as simple as getting a kill for 100 Credits, to something as awesome as getting a double head-shot for 10,000 Credits! Only being able to have one sponsor active at one time means that you get to tailor your means of income based on your play-style.
