low poly models needed or 3d Artist,also have question

animated,textured
but, they have ~700 polies, and my limit is 150-200
Who can help me?
What is the best solution :
1)find 3d artist who will create similar models but very low poly ( who can help me, and how much can it cost ) ?
2)buy that pack and remake models with help of 3d artist, is it really to reduce num of polygons in models from 700 to 200 ?
I have not large budget, but i really need models for Tower Defence game )
