nice i like it. maybe have some better transitions from the machine parts into the turtle. have some wires/ hydraulics that come out of the turtle into the machine parts so that they fade into each other

Are you going to animate it? would be cool if it was in a jungle level digging for gold.
Thanks guys, it's still in progress and I plan on adding more detail to it. If I have time, I'll try to animate it someday sasquatchpoacher. I'll post more detailed shots in a bit bipolar...I have to mow the lawn and take the dogs out for a walk first.
cool idea and design.
The transitation between organic and mech is pretty abrupt, looks like they are just tacked on. Add more. Fuse mech pieces to his shell and, or underneath him. Just something to support those arms. cool stuff!
I like tuttles.
Gonna have to agree with SupRore - a little to busy overall but maybe if you color it that will help the separate elements stand out.
Like give the turtle a nice "turtely" green and the arms a yellow?
but the modeling is tops

I'd like to see bigger, clearer shapes, and less greeble. But this is tight regardless, looking forward to more.
