Cubemap Question

Got a little problem here and I can't seem to find a solution for that. I'am trying to add a cubemap reflection to my white panels but I have an emmisive plugged in to the emmisive slot. Those are used for lighting the scene. Is there a way around it so I could merge those two so that I will have both cubemap reflection and the emmisive on that material ? Here is a screenshot.

Would greatly appreciate any help on that :)

Also I got some very blurry pixelated shadows in alot of places. Most of the panels have 128 Lightmap on them and I can't seem to fix it. Got any clues how to get around that also ?
