[WIP] Combat Knife / Rolex

Hey there everyone. I've been working on some projects recently and thought that some opinions would be great :) .

I'm pretty new to modeling (6-7 months in total) I've spent about 2 months using Maya now.

Anyway let's get straight to it :

The trench/Combat Knife :

IMO, the spikes on top of the blade are too blunt.

Please post what you think.

Be harsh, criticize and state suggestions, that way I can improve.

Thank you.

Nice job. I do not see any problems with the overall shape of either model. And I do agree with you; the groves on the knife are far too rounded and blunt. Try to sharpen them up a bit.

Could you post some of your reference photos as well? It would help others to better critique your work.

I'll get started with the sharpening straight away :)
