hey i like your concept but i think there is still a lot you need to work on before you call this work done, the anatomy and flow are really lacking you should work out better ways for stuff to connect like the neck, the back looks liek someone took it to the microwave and the face lacks structure. in my opinion if you are trying to do some kind of creature with human anatomy you shoul stick to the basics by actually getting good reference to base your anatomy on even if its a creature what makes it beliveble is plausible conection to a real world animal. look up fat people and obese people it might looks really weird but unless you know how a fat guy looks like how are you suposed to make fat folds? anyway i hope this helps
