I think the rock shape and some of the shadows and colors are great! But the depth is of. For example: The shadows on the smaller mountain tops are darker then those on the mans skin. That steals away alot of focus from the warrior and it's like they are in front of him.
The depth on him is off as well. His head looks tilted forward but his torso is upright. It looks like he has no neck since his head doesn't cast a distinct shadow on his right shoulder like the one his sword arm cast on the torso.
I like the colors and textures but the parts could work better together. I'd suggest focusing on the picture as a whole, comparing the different areas alot and be consequent with the depth.
