I wanna join the fun.
here's my concept, inspired by beetles, turtles and golems.

Hey the overall design is pretty cool but i think you need to sharpen some of those details up, its way too blurry atm. overall nice piece though

I've reworked the textures from scratch and defined the zsculpt a bit more.
heres some a screenshot with the updated materials rendered in cryengine 3.
