The face needs a lot of work, it looks like Alfred put on a muscle suit. The facial features seem pretty low on the head, or he has a big crainum/forehead. The cheeks seem super sunken and the jawline is overly pronounced almost as if he had on some kind of chin strap that happened to be flesh colored.
The anatomy is a bit wonky too and I'm not sure where exactly you where going with the materials? Realistic, comic book shaded?
I see where you're coming from, trying to bring the spandex and underoos into 3D, but I've never seen it work, and this is no exception. I think you'd be better served translating his design into something that actually is three dimensionally plausible, but still breaks up into the same basic design components.
The "flat grey stuff" approach is not doing your skills justice.

I'll add that the cloth is way too tight, sure you want some anatomy to show trough, but the abs area is too extreme.
Nail on the head.
