Zbrush Configuration preferences help !

Hi I have messed with the preferences creating new custom menus putting all my most used tools there , so I store the config close Zbrush restart and most of the menus do not work now , mine and even the tools submenu dont work 
..... what happened? hw can I get it back to normal?
