max nitrous viewport

Hey guys,
I love the nitrous viewport, but I keep getting a small problem with the backfacing verts still being turned on.
anyone know where or what I do to fix this
I have installed the service pack2 and running max 2012 and an asus nvidia gtx 560
with a quad core 1-7
