Getting a late start, but for good reason. My wife had our second son last week. A little guy named Cael, weighs 6 pounds 7oz. They are doing great and I get some time off from work. During naps I can work on this!

Here is my concept model. When I was younger I was very active in sport fencing, had to go dig out some of my old gear for reference. My aim is to blow out the important physical aspects of a fencer. A strong back leg for lunging, strong sword arm, and in fencing you get penalized in your back arm is in the way. I imagine this was the first part of his body that started to transform, and so it was cut off before he embraced the transformation. He body is slowly disfiguring and twisting with metal appendages.

Have a bit more work to do on the concept, especially the missing limb, then to clean it up. Currently sitting at 1,800 tris.

Yeah, plus being a lefty is not as common in fencing and a little bit of an advantage. Also, I'm a lefty and it will be easier to pose.

indeed nice work on the texture, i do think it would be better if you'd use more saturated cyan instead of white on the iceparts. and maybe get some sharper defined edges in there too
