Freelance Flash artists for Isometric art work- Urgent !!

I am in dire need of freelance flash artists to take on some cool Isometric art work for our upcoming social game.
A good example to what I am looking at.

The actual requirements would have 4 different states to an asset( 2 basic + 2 advanced) like you see in any city building games.
