He's looking pretty good so far.
His body is quite small and spindly to be carrying those great big heads and necks. I think he might work a bit better if you bulked his body, tail and limbs up significantly so that he's a bit less front heavy.
Beyond that, he could use a bit more variation tweak the angles on a few spines, break a few off etc. The variation on the head looks good, but you could take it further I think and carry it across to the rest of the body.
you need to make his back half WAYYYY bigger. His heads look like they weigh a ton each. Beef up the back, or this dude will be walking on his heads all day long
Like felix said, the thing is incredibly imbalanced and would fall forward. There's also the thing that it has incredibly scrawny legs which seem like they'd collapse any second.
You should also clarify which parts are armor and which parts are animal. Example: right now it looks like the chainmail is growing from under his scales.
uhhmmmm ok well sry to dissapoint my opinion personnally is that a hydra whip isntas cool as a actual hydra but watever, heres sum changes ive made, lets hope i starrt to get the same help that im getting over at GA
ok guys so here is 2 of the heads of the hydra, the horns arent completed sum are but still need work, i havent done any of the micro details but this is pretty much it, I HAVE FIXED THE BODY thx for all the crits but ill put the update up later. So please crit thx!!
