[2D LowRes Sprites] Beat the Sound Jumper

Just posting up some sprites for a small project along side my main game.
Beat the sound jumper, a platformer based around sound puns and powers. A strange world is created when some guy (not story important) breaks his amp, inside the amp Beats world is created with the purpose of fixxing the amp and returning music to the world.
As cheesy as stories get.
Here are the Sprites so far only a tileset and character in progress. Frames 32 x 32:
I will be extending the characters run animation with frames in between the current ones but for now while prototyping it'll do the job.
If anyone here likes to sprite, please crit.
I'm happy with the character but the tileset I think is a little bright.
