Hey there folks,
Just thought I'd share my little stash of "green's" with you. Had the idea of building up a nice library of plants and all things green in no particular order. I randomly pick a plant to model. I also create 3 to 4 LOD's for every plant as well. The image below show's what I have done so far (9 plants, couple of mushrooms, river stones etc). Vertice count per plant is anywhere between 300 and 3000 depending on LOD. Scene setup is using one directional light for either Daylight or Night.
Looks like using the forum upload function results in a slightly blurry image. Here is a link for a crisper looking version:

Hope you like it.

Have you got any general tips to share regarding foliage? what's your workflow for these?
Nice work man.
@Benji - Glad you like it. I don't really have any special workflow. I simply choose whatever plant I feel like doing and get me a good photo reference first. Then I simply start blocking out the shape. I also find myself using a brush tool with soft selection to "paint" deformation. Other than that it's pretty much all straight forward, no magic workflow Is there anything in particular you would like to know?
@AndrewMackie - Thanks! Appreciate it!
@Computron - Ummm, what exactly are you referring to?

Awesome, thanks for the tips. So are your textures derived directly from photos, and the normals derived directly from these?
