hehe- i see I'll have to do some sketching, if I get a mullet in there it'll have to be perfect. Now here is a phrase you should randomly ask people throughout the day:
Great concept and proportions. This looks like it will be a solid piece of work. The only criticism I can offer is that it doesn't look sporty. Only militant. It would be best if anyone could observe the character and know which sport it depicts.
I think you should ease up on the snakeskin pattern, take it out of the lighter area's of the skin like you have in the concept. You could make the eye-patch a bit bigger, right now it doesn't really stand out ayt first glance abnd it just looks like he has one yellow eye and one white eye.
nice progress, the only crit i can give you is to make the scales flow with the form because now it looks like an overlayed pattern. also add some variations and maybe a little depth to them on some locations.
Looking so nice but I agree about working on the scales and giving them more flow. Also, his head is reading more like a lizard head than a snake head, is he supposed to be a specific type of snake?

sukotto- generic snake head- looks like ill have to push it a bit harder to sell as more than just reptilian
thanks for the crits and comments
I Think it looks awesome right now but if you wanted to push it I got some suggestions.
1. Like a lot said, add some variation. If you went back towards your concept and just did the things like rips in the shirt, blood and unravel-lings on the wraps, you should be fine.
2. This is probably something your probably gonna do, but a more badass pose.
Wow great entry and good execution from concept to model. Only suggestion i mite make is that i like the way the scales aren't uniform in the concept. Maybe having areas where there are bigger darker scales to break up the repetition of surface detail. Silhouette is amazing, is there going to be an arena or another character maybe???
this is awsome i really like it but if theres one thing i can see its the way the calf muscle sticks out of the boot dont know if im just drunk or if the boot goes up and the calf just sticks straight out kinda looks like a rool of fat haha but looks cool man
It`s so damn good! Only a suggestion: maybe you should fix the back of the shirt a little bit (near de neck) and just maybe change the color, like dark gray or something.
Im really loving the upper arms now, especially with the new grey streaks. However, that can is annoying the hell out of me. It might be the colour itself, but I feel its the tone. It is way too bright. And also, the logo on it reads really noisy.
Love the way you went with this guy dan, though I think you might benefit from showing off some of the definition in his torso. Some sort of indication of what his muscles are doing to that tight shirt would be nice. Just a suggestion, Keep it up!

How does one put a mullet on a snake?
I have nothing more constructive to add.

that's what she said.
ADD A TAIL!
You know Gannon, I hear they make pills for that.
Also, I agree. A tail would add nicely to the character.

Also, really great job so far.

Apart from that, its a great execution !
He'd also work great as a salamander (alternate skin for a fighting game)
How about some rivets on the eye patch?
I'm shocked as well. This was one of my favorites
