2012 3ds Max Strange dark colour Nitous/direct3d

hi huys! so im having this weird issue that when i swith my driver to nitrous or dirst3d in MAX i get this weird Dark color on my difuse. in open GL i have no problem at all. the color is even weird when i see it in the small preview box when i go get it in my system.
heres some screenshot. hope you can help me
the 2nd is in openGL and 3rd is in nitrous or direct 3d. all with no lights

Just noticed that In openGl my render look exactly like the viewport in the 2 other...

Most likely it´s Gamma Correction, try turning off Gamma/LUT in the Viewport Settings.
